met4a aims to expand its activities to other English-speaking countries in Africa and to contribute there to the training of physicians and midwives. The focus areas include antenatal care, obstetrics, diagnostics and therapy in cases of suspected breast cancer, and the broad field of reproductive health—particularly contraception as well as the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.

We are seeking local cooperation partners at interested hospitals or university hospitals who are willing to support us locally in this endeavor. We are committed to long-term collaboration. We intend to work closely with local partners and to learn from their experience as well.

In the future, it is planned—where appropriate—to involve medical students from Germany and other counties in the training programs. These students could benefit greatly from the experience of the partner clinics on site, and interest among medical students appears to be high.

We would be very pleased to hear from you.
